The STAR Fund
This new STAR fund will be dedicated to providing even more opportunities for our students to excel and become “Confident, Capable Christian Leaders.” Each year, new initiatives will be developed in consultation with our parents and staff and then fund raising appeals will be developed to make them a reality.
In its inaugural 2022-23 year, the STAR Initiative will provide funds for projects in these important areas:
Students – Scholarships and Wellness Programs
Teachers – Continuing education and classroom funds to promote creative learning
Activities – After-School enrichment Programs, Special Events, Field Trips
Resources – Technology and other physical enhancements to Advents’ ongoing program
Our first project will include purchasing new instruments for our music program. Our major project will be a renovation of the school playground!
