Ministry Based Philosophy of Tuition and Financial Aid
A Quality Christian education is more affordable than you might think! Here at Advent School our number one goal is to build a relationship with you and your family and to make a Christian education available to your child. Our Ministry-Based Philosophy of Tuition and Financial Aid is built on a Biblically-based sustainable financial model that provides for the ongoing expansion and improvement of the educational services we offer. Advent School is a non-profit organization.
Our tuition is based on the full cost to educate each child as well as enabling us to better accomplish our educational mission into the future.
All financial aid for families is need-based and is determined on a case-by-case basis, utilizing an objective, confidential, verified third-part financial aid need assessment process.
To the greatest extent possible, any child from a motivated family will not be denied admission solely because of lack of financial resources to pay our tuition. We offer significant financial aid and award it in a manner that will allow as many families as possible to have the opportunity to attend Advent.
Financial Aid is funded through donor gifts, such as those for the Rich Barbour Scholarship Fund and not through increased tuition.
Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST)

FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FAST is kept confidential. The FAST recommendation is considered by the Advent Financial Aid Committee in making an award determination.
